Details magazine examined the interesting effects of a phenomenon they've dubbed "Guru Nation," the expanding group of "new economy" gurus, like Laura Day, that are changing the way the suits look at business management for the post-boom economy we are now knee-deep in.  The article explains that Laura Day and others are tapping a new perspective that the business world has been forced to consider in the aftermath of the global economic downturn.  It’s an outlook that’s these consultants are selling, literally, “by-the-bestseller’s,” one that’s more open to what one can argue was formerly consider too “new-age” and impractical for the corporate types, such as Laura Day’s intuitive advice, and the power of social networking, amongst others.
